A small story about a big goal: make NEPSE easy to learn and easy to follow, for a generation that lives on its phone. Here's what we built, how we thought about it, and who helped.

01 · The idea
NEPSE, made easy to learn.
Share Rocket Pro started with a simple wish. Lots of young Nepalis are curious about the share market, but the first steps feel confusing — and the usual way to learn is to lose real money.
So the goal was clear. One place to practise without risk, read the real market honestly, and learn in Nepali. Friendly on day one. Still useful years later.
02 · What “modern” meant
Modern, the way we meant it.
Not trendy for the sake of it. For us, modern meant four things we could check every single day.
Calm, confident design
A dark-first look with one bright accent, big clear numbers and nothing shouting at you. A light mode too, for daytime.
Smooth, not flashy
Screens that respond the moment you tap, prices that update in place, and gentle motion that steps aside if your device asks for reduced motion.
Nepali-first
Lessons, quizzes and alerts in Nepali, with English right beside them. Kitta, not “lots”. Nepal time, not someone else's clock.
Phone first
Designed from a 320px phone screen upward — then stretched to tablets, laptops and big monitors without anything breaking.

The real market, clearly labelled
The heatmap, NEPSE Live and a full technical chart run on real NEPSE data. The chart carries 25+ indicators and 10 drawing tools — from RSI and MACD to Fibonacci.

Lessons written for here
57 courses and 117 lessons, from “what is a kitta?” to reading a chart, with quizzes to check what stuck. Nepali first, English alongside.

Alerts in your language
Push notifications arrive in Nepali and English, and can carry an image card — so a stop-loss or a new lesson reads at a glance.

Just a phone number
Name, phone number and a password. An SMS code confirms the number is yours. No email, demat or KYC needed to start practising.

A careful back office
Share Rocket Pro's team runs the platform from Control Hub. Each staff member gets only the permissions their role needs, and important actions are written to an audit trail.

Our own look, top to bottom
Rocket Black and Launch Orange. Inter for words, JetBrains Mono for numbers so price columns line up. One set of components across the website, the web portal and the apps — in dark and light.

The web portal is live at trade.sharerockets.com. The Android and iPhone apps are coming soon — same account, same progress.

Checked from a 320px phone to a 2560px monitor — no sideways scrolling, no squashed tables.
Accessible by habit
A skip link, visible keyboard focus, thumb-sized buttons on phones, and motion that respects your reduced-motion setting.
Dark and light
Dark by default, light when you want it. Every colour comes from one set of theme tokens, so both feel finished.
Two languages
English and Nepali side by side — this page included — so nobody is left guessing.
Honest labels
PRACTICE and REAL NEPSE tags wherever it matters. Practice prices are never passed off as official quotes, and practice money is never passed off as cash.
Easy to find
Clear page titles, structured data and a sitemap, so anyone searching for NEPSE help can find the free tools.
