FAQ

Straight answers.

How do I apply for an IPO in Nepal?

Through Meroshare, using ASBA. You need a Demat account, a Meroshare login and an ASBA-enabled bank account with a CRN. Log in, open My ASBA, choose the issue, enter your units and submit with your transaction PIN.

How much money do I need for an IPO?

It depends on the issue. Many ordinary IPOs are priced at Rs. 100 per unit with a minimum of 10 units, so about Rs. 1,000 — but always check the price and minimum units on the issue itself.

Are the dates on this calendar final?

Not always. Issuers can extend or change an issue's dates, so always confirm the dates, price and minimum units in Meroshare or the official prospectus before you apply.

Can I apply for an IPO through ShareRocketPro?

No. ShareRocketPro is informational only and never accepts applications or payments. Every application is made by you through Meroshare.
