1.Parties & Roles#

This notice explains the licensing behind ShareRocketPro (the "Platform") — the website, web dashboard, admin panel, mobile apps and backend services. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Use and Copyright & IP policy.

  1. 1.1
    Operator. The Platform is owned and operated by Share Rocket Pro Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in Nepal (Reg. No. 354406/81/82, PAN 621237087), Madargachh-7, Jhapa, Koshi Province, Nepal ("Share Rocket Pro", "we", "us"). Share Rocket Pro is responsible for the service it provides to you.

    Technology partner. The Platform software is designed, developed and maintained by Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd., registered in Nepal (Reg. No. 377566/82/83, PAN 622468837), Bhimsengola, Sinamangal-31, Kathmandu, Nepal (lacspace.com) ("Lacspace").
  3. 1.3
    Lacspace provides the software to Share Rocket Pro under a signed software development and services agreement. The commercial terms of that agreement are confidential between the two companies.

2.Ownership of the Software#

  1. 2.1
    All Platform software — source code, object code, architecture, designs, database schemas, AI integrations, proprietary libraries and packages, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lacspace. It is proprietary software, licensed and not sold, and is never provided under an open-source licence.
  2. 2.2
    Share Rocket Pro holds a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its own business operations and for the end users it serves, under the Lacspace Client Licence v1.0 (identifier LicenseRef-LacspaceClient-1.0) and the Lacspace Master License, Terms & Code of Conduct.
  3. 2.3
    Where the signed agreement and the Lacspace licence documents differ, the signed agreement between Share Rocket Pro and Lacspace prevails.

3.Brand & Data Ownership#

  1. 3.1
    "ShareRocketPro", "Share Rocket Pro" and their names, logos and brand assets belong to Share Rocket Pro Pvt. Ltd. See our Trademark Policy.
  2. 3.2
    "Lacspace" and the Lacspace logo are trademarks of Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. and appear on the Platform only as the technology-partner credit.
  3. 3.3
    Share Rocket Pro owns all business and customer data entered into the Platform, including your account and activity data. Lacspace processes that data only to build, host and support the Platform on Share Rocket Pro's behalf, and does not sell it. How your data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4.Your Licence as a User#

  1. 4.1
    Subject to our Terms of Use, Share Rocket Pro grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for lawful, personal purposes.
  2. 4.2
    You must not, directly or indirectly:
    1. copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform software or any part of it;
    2. reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to obtain its source code, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
    3. resell, sublicense, rent, white-label or commercially redistribute the Platform or access to it;
    4. scrape, bulk-export or replicate the Platform, its data or its features to build a competing product or service;
    5. remove, obscure or alter any copyright, licence, trademark or attribution notice, including the "Powered by Lacspace" credit.
  3. 4.3
    Security researchers should follow our Responsible Disclosure policy rather than testing the Platform without permission.

5.Market Data#

  1. 5.1
    NEPSE market information on the Platform — prices, indices, sub-indices, market summary, gainers and losers, and market status — is sourced from Share Rocket Pro's own NEPSE data platform. It is displayed as reported and labelled with its trade date; missing or unavailable data is shown as unavailable and is never estimated or fabricated.
  2. 5.2
    Practice-market prices used to execute paper trades are separate from market data. They are generated by the Platform, start from and loosely track real NEPSE prices, and are not official NEPSE prices or quotes.

6.Third-Party & Open-Source Components#

The Platform is built with open-source components. Each keeps its own licence, which applies to that component only; nothing in those licences extends to the proprietary Platform software around it.

    The full licence text of each component is available from its publisher, and on request to compliance@lacspace.com.

7.Warranty & Liability#

  1. 7.1
    The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, neither Share Rocket Pro nor Lacspace gives any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
  2. 7.2
    AI-assisted features, where offered, are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Their output is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and should be reviewed before you rely on it.
  3. 7.3
    Your rights and remedies as a user are set out in our Terms of Use, which govern your relationship with Share Rocket Pro.
